Tuition is billed in 12 monthly instalments across the school year. Full-year enrollment is an annual commitment — families enrol for the complete school year.
Enrollment fee
A one-time fee per child, charged when you first join. Covers onboarding, admin, and first-year materials.
Pioneer gift: 50% off off enrollment
Families joining mid-year pay a prorated enrollment fee based on the remaining months in the school year.
The sibling discount also applies to enrollment fees — just like tuition.

The shuttle service and co-working space are optional. The West River Online Umbrella School is required for children aged 5 and older.

Gifts are applied automatically — no codes needed. They stack on top of each other where applicable.

We publish our prices publicly and update this page whenever they change. There are no hidden fees, no surprise charges, and no upsells after enrollment.
We may make small annual adjustments to reflect external cost pressures like inflation, utility costs, or material prices — but we will always communicate these in advance and explain the reason.
We are committed to running this project as efficiently as possible. Every euro we save on waste is a euro that does not need to come from your family. We want Barefoot Hearts to be accessible to households of all types.
